Max enjoys flying over beautiful new areas like mountains or seashore, and otherwise
with extremely good weather conditions. Competition flying gives him both
situationsas well as the competition with other pilots.
He also enjoys teaching young enthusiastic glider pilots, especially in preparing them
for competition gliding.
Likes to fly free as a bird; doesn’t like the increase in restricted areas.

To him gliding means the ultimate way of enjoying nature, technique, and weather in
a sportive and friendly atmosphere
He likes the thrill of competing in the air with a motorless plane; doesn’t like landing
out in a thunderstorm!
